The Daddy Cool Project (DCP) is an organisation managed by the people for the people. No authorities, no social worker, just real people with real experiences that wish to be heard.
DCP is a project like no other. The project provides community activities and events aimed to highlight important issues that stem from fatherhood. It aims to be part of the solution of a massive problem of 'broken homes' in the UK which has evolved over many years.
The Daddy Cool Project (DCP) is a initiative to celebrate the many good young fathers living and working in today’s society. To hear the term “young single mothers” and “absent fathers” are not terms that are strange to the general public’s ear. It is not often that we hear good news and the good work young fathers are doing for their children and the positive role they play in their child’s life.
DCP aims to highlight these aspects of fatherhood. The main focus are young fathers who strive to provide the best for their children and are bettering themselves the best they can. This project provides a chance for such fathers alike to communicate, socialise and learn from one another i.e. football matches, daddy and child days out, information points and structured discussions.
